[Final Update] Bug Fixes & Tutorial Logs

This is likely the last main update for this project, which includes:

1. Added in-game button to review tutorial information.

2. Fixed dry leaves dead animation.

3. Fixed bug: Fungus growing on signal tower would cause problem triggering end game events.

3. Increased camera speed.
